Okay, I'm on a roll now...
Speaking of guys who are doing the greatest work at or near the age of 70, let's not forget about Bob Dylan. His last three non-Christmas studio albums have all been brilliant, at least as good as anything he's ever done (in my not-so-humble opinion). Unfortunately, none of the music in those albums is in the 180 BPM range.
This 1965 gem from Bringing It All Back Home, on the other hand, is great for barefoot running.
As for the accompanying video, (1) I'm not exactly sure what's going on and (2) I really like it anyway.
