Tom Jones has just released the best album of his storied 40 plus year career. Say what you will about his choice of material over the years, Tom Jones' voice was always a force of nature. What sort of music could he have produced if his career had gone in a different direction?
Well, at 70 years of age, he's definitively answered that question and the resulting album is Praise and Blame, a collection of relatively obscure gospel tracks that each showcase some aspect of Jones' awesome voice. This clip from the BBC includes an appreciation of Jones singing chops as Jones proves the case with one of the album's best songs (and one that fall into our favorite BPM range for barefoot running).

Nice pickup. That guy had a great stride... but that wasn't not the most compelling reason to watch that video!
