The Best Online Store Ever?

Like most barefoot runners, I am endlessly intrigued by anything related to Christopher McDougall's brilliant book, Born to Run. Barefoot running, of course, is one example of that; my fondness for chia seeds is another. A few months of experience paying top dollar at health food stores motivated me to look around online. I don't remember exactly how I found it but somehow my odyssey led me to nutsonline.com and I've been a wildly enthusiastic customer ever since.

Some of you know that I wrote a book about customer care a few years ago (now out of print but soon to be available as an ebook), so it's a subject that I (a) I pay attention to and (b) know it when I see it. So trust me when I say... these folks are awesome. (For the record, I have absolutely no relationship with the company other than as a paying customer) Their prices are great, the quality of their stuff is superb, and they have online customer service that's as good as I've ever seen.
