| Running at the Rescue Outreach Mission |
I've mentioned this before but for the past year I've been volunteering with a not-for-profit organization called
Stepping Onward. (If you're new to this blog, check out this
earlier post about them.) This week,
Stepping Onward celebrates its first anniversary at the
Celebration of Running 5K sponsored by
Track Shack. To commemorate this milestone, the
Orlando Sentinel published a
terrific article/blog post about what
Stepping Onward is doing here in Central Florida.

Celebration of Running is always a wonderful event. For those of us associated with
Stepping Onward, though, it will be particularly special this year.
