Rescue Run Corporate 5k
Last week, I was privileged to participate in the Rescue Run Corporate 5k in Lake Mary, FL. It was a first-year event benefitting the Rescue Outreach Mission of Sanford, a wonderful organization that deserves all the support it can get. (The team I ran with, Stepping Onward, acquitted itself well, securing a first place for lowest cumulative team time.)
